Job summary

Buzzworks Business Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles, including developers, engineers, and data analysts. You will post job openings, proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.

You will also maintain the candidate database, keeping information accurate and up to date.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms, to proactively source high-quality IT candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date.
