Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT staffing requirements.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on client requirements.
• Recruit technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
• Work on technologies and skill sets such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT domains.
• Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Negotiate pay rates and compensation within approved budgets.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and timely submission reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Familiarity with US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work in US time-zone shifts as required.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
