Job Title: IT Recruitment Executive Experience: 0 - 3 Years Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on identifying and hiring qualified IT professionals.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and evaluate resumes against technical requirements and job specifications.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, including communication, technical exposure, experience, and career expectations.
• Develop a basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring timely closure of assigned requirements.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Work toward defined recruitment KPIs, productivity targets, and hiring timelines.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate / Bachelors Degree from a recognized university.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Basic knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with ATS / recruitment CRM tools.
• Basic understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, QA/Testing, and Web Technologies.
• Prior experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously will be an advantage.
