Job summary

Indihire Consultants in Hyderabad is seeking a recruiter responsible for the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to offer rollout and joining.

You will source through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and other channels; screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews; coordinate interviews; negotiate salaries; maintain pipelines and reports. This role covers IT and non-IT positions across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Admin, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to offer rollout and joining.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
• Handle recruitment for non-IT positions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounts, Administration, Customer Support, Operations, and other business roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate salaries and discuss compensation, notice periods, and joining dates.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily or weekly hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
