Job summary

Apolis Consulting in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end interview process. You will coordinate interviews, screen applicants, and maintain strong candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring cycle.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Negotiate job offers and employment terms with candidates.
