Job summary

First Meridian Business Services is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage IT hiring lifecycles from sourcing to onboarding in Bengaluru. You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases, and screen resumes with HR interviews to assess technical fit and culture alignment.

You will coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, maintain pipelines in ATS, and negotiate offers while tracking recruitment KPIs and milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment and ability to source candidates across portals, social networks, and referrals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for screening and stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage recruitment KPIs.

• Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and hiring practices.
