Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India seeks a recruiting specialist to manage end-to-end technical hiring. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and keep candidates informed.

You will maintain candidate pipelines, collaborate on employer branding, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 0.6–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
