• Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical competencies, experience, and culture fit.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate candidate data.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
