Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking a recruiting professional to fill technical roles.

You will source and screen candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals and social media; conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit; and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews. You will maintain candidate databases and pipelines, follow up with candidates throughout the process, collaborate with HR on employer branding, and ensure a smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 0.6–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
