Job summary

Primus Global Technologies is seeking recruiters to understand client JDs, source candidates from portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, perform Boolean searches, screen resumes, and conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and availability.

The role includes coordinating technical interviews, salary negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing candidate communication while maintaining databases and MI updates for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and Job Descriptions (JDs) to identify mandatory skills, technical expertise, experience, and qualifications.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Perform Boolean searches and keyword searches to identify suitable candidates for IT requirements.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, relevant experience, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and availability.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels for feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate salary negotiations, offer releases, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Provide Market Intelligence (MI) updates to clients and internal teams regarding talent availability, sourcing challenges, and market trends.
• Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously while meeting client deadlines and recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with account managers, delivery teams, and clients to understand hiring priorities and provide recruitment updates.

Interview Mode: Daily Walk-in Drive

Interview Schedule: Monday to Friday, every day

Interview Timings: 12PM to 4PM
