Job summary

Kothari Auto Wheels is seeking a diligent HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across functions. You will map role requirements, source candidates, screen, coordinate interview panels, and manage offers.

You'll maintain ATS data, support onboarding, and help build employer branding at events. Strong communication and knowledge of local employment laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS, resume databases, and digital sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, plus negotiation and time management.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to map out role requirements, essential skills, and target profiles.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes, conduct phone and video screenings, and coordinate structured interview panels.
• Benchmark compensation, draft offers, and lead negotiations to close selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline tracking inside the ATS.
• Represent the company culture at job fairs and online platforms to enhance candidate experience.
• Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding handoffs.
