Drishti Group is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across departments in Delhi. You will understand job requirements, source candidates via portals, social networks, referrals, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to drive smooth hiring processes.

You will screen resumes, evaluate candidates on skills and experience, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining ATS records

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across departments.
• Understand job requirements and candidate expectations in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication and role suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Drive offer closures and ensure smooth candidate onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and ATS records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
