Role & responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Strategy

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers/clients to deeply understand their strategic goals, role requirements, and company culture.
• Draft compelling, accurate job descriptions and evaluation criteria for assigned open positions.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies (sourcing channels, timelines, and outreach tactics) for each role.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Proactively source candidates using professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, employee referrals, and internal talent databases.
• Cultivate a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates to minimize time-to-hire.
• Screen resumes, cover letters, and applications to evaluate candidates hard and soft skills.

3. Assessment & Selection

• Conduct in-depth preliminary phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage interview logistics, including coordinating schedules between candidates and the hiring panel.
• Facilitate debrief sessions with hiring managers to gather feedback and determine the best talent fit.

4. Offer Management & Placement

• Guide candidates through the evaluation and interview process, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Manage salary expectations, negotiate compensation packages, and roll out job offers on behalf of the company/client.
• Conduct thorough reference and background checks to verify candidate credentials and employment history.

5. Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Facilitate a seamless transition for the selected candidate, assisting with documentation, offer acceptance, and the onboarding process.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients to build a reputation for excellent permanent recruitment.
• Keep meticulous records of all candidate data, interactions, and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, MBA
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven recruitment experience, specifically focusing on permanent placements.
