Wings Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment. The role covers sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and data-driven recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a 14-year track record in talent acquisition, expertise in sourcing techniques, and proficiency with MS Excel, HRMS/ATS tools, and recruitment trackers.

Formación

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
• 14 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HRMS/ATS tools.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Recruitment: manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Stakeholder Management: align hiring managers on requirements and priorities.
• Interview Coordination: schedule interviews and gather feedback for smooth processes.
• Offer Management: discuss compensation, negotiate offers, and issue letters.
• Candidate Engagement: maintain regular communication to reduce offer dropouts.
• Recruitment MIS: track metrics and generate reports on time-to-hire and closures.
• Onboarding Coordination: ensure smooth joining with HR operations.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Management: Discuss compensation expectations, negotiate offers, release offer letters in coordination with HR, and follow up until joining.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and improve joining ratios.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports on open positions, sourcing channels, time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and vacancy closures.
• Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate with HR operations and hiring managers to ensure a smooth joining process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 14 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HRMS/ATS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within defined recruitment timelines.
• Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and a result-oriented approach.
