Job summary

Tejas Networks Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring suitable candidates across functions. The role emphasizes strong communication, sourcing capabilities, and a passion for recruitment.

You will source candidates through portals and referrals, screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. You will maintain databases and support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
