Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & pipeline building across networks (LinkedIn, portals, campus, referrals).
• Screening & shortlisting: initial phone/video interviews and evaluation of skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview rounds with department managers and candidates with clear communication at every step.
• Write engaging job descriptions and post them on career sites, social media, and job boards.
• Draft offer letters, support salary discussions with hiring manager guidance, and coordinate pre-boarding steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and status in the ATS.

Job Overview

In this role, you will collaborate closely with department leads to understand staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter), job portals, campus recruitment, and referrals.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review incoming applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department managers and candidates, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
• Job Posting Management: Write clear, engaging job descriptions and publish them across company career sites, social media platforms, and third-party job boards.
• Offer & Onboarding Support: Draft offer letters, facilitate salary discussions under hiring manager guidance, and coordinate pre-boarding steps.
• Data & ATS Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate profiles and status tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday) and job portals.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
