Fanuc India is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding at our Electronic City campus.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, source candidates through portals, LinkedIn and referrals, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while maintaining robust recruitment pipelines and trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sourcing through multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
