Position: Customer Support Executive ( Chat Process)

Location: 1501 & 1508, 15th floor Nyati Enthral near Reliance mart Kharadi Pune 411014

Process: International Chat/Email

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through international Chat/Email/Voice.


• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns


• Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery, returns, and other issues


• Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
