Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad is seeking an International Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries through online chat platforms, providing prompt responses and professional communication with international clients.

The role requires excellent written English, fast typing, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple chats at once. Night shifts may be required, and 6+ months of international chat experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate, depending on company requirements.
• Minimum 6 months international chat support experience.
• Freshers are not eligible for this role; candidates from Healthcare, Content Moderation, or Domestic processes are not eligible.

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

International Chat Process Executive

to handle customer queries through online chat platforms. The candidate will provide prompt and accurate responses, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain professional communication with international clients.
