About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer/seller support through international chat process.
• Handle seller queries related to e-commerce operations, account-related concerns, orders, listings, payments and other platform-related issues.
• Understand seller concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain excellent written communication with international sellers.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and escalation procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice/Chat process.
• Previous experience in E-commerce Seller Support is mandatory.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be willing to work from office in Kharadi, Pune.
