Job summary

Transcom India is seeking a Customer Support Executive for CHAT PROCESS to manage international chat and email queries from customers. You will provide courteous service and resolve issues related to orders, payments, delivery, and returns.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, and at least 6 months of experience in International Voice/Chat processes, with rotational 24x7 shifts and a 5.5-day week.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice/Chat Process.
• Customer handling skills and a positive attitude.

Process: International Chat/Email
