Job summary

Transcom in Pune is seeking a Customer Success Associate to provide accurate information on products, services, and policies and to understand customer concerns for effective solutions.

You will handle voice and chat queries, escalate complex issues when needed, maintain records of interactions, and strive for excellent service and high satisfaction — with 24x7 shift coverage and a 5.5 day work pattern.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate education.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in seller support service (Ecommerce).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts & weekend working.
