Job summary

Transcom India is hiring for a Customer Support Executive in Pune for International Chat (E-commerce Seller Support). The role is in-office, with rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week.

Salary is up to 3.5–4.2 LPA with performance incentives and cab facility. We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of international chat or voice experience, strong English writing skills, and prior e-commerce seller support exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice or chat process.
• Prior e-commerce seller support experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional written English skills with impeccable grammar and typing speed.
• Open to both undergraduates & graduates.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality real-time chat support to international sellers on a global e-commerce platform.
• Resolve seller inquiries across orders, payments, logistics/deliveries, returns, payouts, and account management.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores while meeting defined chat handling and resolution metrics.
• Handle complex merchant queries with structured problem-solving and clear, professional written communication.
