Job summary

Transcom in Jaipur is seeking a Customer Success Associate to handle customer calls, understand needs, and document interactions in CRM. You will build trust, drive renewals, and support customer outcomes from a frontline role.

Applicants should be graduates with excellent English and strong communication skills. Freshers are welcome; BPO/KPO exposure is a plus, with 5.5-day shifts and rotational offs.

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
