Job summary

Transcom India in Pune is hiring a Customer Support Executive for International Chat Process (E-commerce Seller Support). The role involves assisting sellers via chat, handling queries on orders, payments, deliveries and returns, and ensuring high-quality, productive support to maintain seller satisfaction.

The position requires at least 1 year in international voice/chat processes and strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process
• Seller Support experience is mandatory (from any industry/domain)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
