The position requires managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and collaborating with account management to meet staffing needs. Working hours include shifts from 05:30pm – 02:30am and 6:30pm to 3:30am.

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating offers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to understand clients' staffing needs and identify suitable candidates
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that candidates receive the best possible experience

Qualifications:
