Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in Bengaluru seeks a recruitment professional to drive the full lifecycle from intake to onboarding follow-up, partnering with Hiring Managers to define needs and candidate profiles.

You will source talent via portals, referrals, and internal databases, screen candidates by phone and video, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. You’ll coordinate interviews, provide market insights to stakeholders, and build pipelines for future needs.

• 6months -2+ years of experience in Full Cycle Recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High ownership, accountability, and execution mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
