Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and support the offer rollout process.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Meet assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of recruitment life cycle (RLC).
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

Preferred Qualification:

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
