Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a motivated US Junior/senior/lead Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The role requires strong sourcing skills and experience in IT and/or non-IT staffing, with the ability to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates.

The candidate will manage the full lifecycle, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring US compliance and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's in HR or related field.
• Experience in US staffing/recruitment.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, EAD, CPT, OPT, etc.).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently in fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience in IT and/or non-IT staffing, and a proven ability to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Must have experience in US staffing/recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various US work authorizations for W2 and Corp to Corp (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
• Experience working with job portals such as Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
