Job summary

Antal International in Chennai seeks an experienced US recruiter to connect top talent with U.S. clients. You will source and screen engineering and government candidates, and collaborate with account managers to close strategic roles.

Responsibilities include devising creative recruiting strategies, evaluating candidates, negotiating offers, and building lasting client relationships. 2–6 years of US recruitment is required.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of US recruitment experience.
• Strong experience sourcing and screening technical/engineering candidates.
• Excellent understanding of engineering and skilled-trade job requirements.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Experience with contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions is a plus.
