Job Title: Senior US Engineering Recruiter
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top engineering talent across various disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, and Automotive Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions across the United States.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for positions such as:
Mechanical Engineers
Electrical Engineers
Embedded Software Engineers
Manufacturing Engineers
Quality Engineers
Validation/Test Engineers
Product Engineers
Controls Engineers
Automotive Systems Engineers
- Conduct resume screening and initial phone/video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, industry experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
- Stay current with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and engineering talent demand.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-5+ years of US staffing/recruitment experience focused on engineering positions.
- Strong understanding of engineering functions and technical recruiting terminology.
- Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
- Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Dice, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior recruiting experience within Automotive, EV, Autonomous Vehicle, Manufacturing, or Mobility industries.
