Job summary

Wise Equation Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead engineering hiring for the US market. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and close roles from candidates across multiple engineering disciplines.

The role requires deep understanding of US job requirements, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and time zones, with hands-on sourcing through major platforms and engineering communities. Knowledge of LTTS USA would be a plus.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in US Staffing or Engineering Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Good understanding of US time zones.
• Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and engineering communities.
• Ability to understand technical terminology, engineering tools, and R&D requirements.

• Technical Sourcing & Screening: Source and screen candidates based on hands‑on technical skills and relevant engineering experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Required Domain Experience: Aerospace, Mechanical, Automotive and Electrical engineering recruitment
• Preferred Experience: Candidates who have prior experience handling LTTS USA requirements would be highly preferred.
