Job summary

Denken is seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for direct clients, sourcing and hiring W2 candidates across IT, Automotive, Medical Device, and Manufacturing domains.

You will manage the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to onboarding, leveraging Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels to build a strong candidate pipeline while maintaining ATS records.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of US IT Staffing and Technical Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience working with direct clients and managing staffing requirements.
• Strong experience recruiting W2 candidates for contract and full-time positions.
• Hands-on sourcing with Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS).
• Experience recruiting for Automotive, Medical Device, Manufacturing, or related engineering domains.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical job roles, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment managing multiple requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT and Engineering positions, from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter Platform (RPS), job boards, social media, and networking channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate compensation, availability, and employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and hiring progress within the ATS.
• Ensure timely submissions while maintaining high-quality candidate standards.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal account management teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and talent availability within IT, Automotive, Medical Device, and Manufacturing domains.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for direct clients, with expertise in sourcing and hiring W2 candidates. Prior experience supporting the Automotive, Medical Device, or Manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical job roles, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Bullhorn, Oorwin, JobDiva, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of US employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ability to identify passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines.
