Job summary

People XM in Bengaluru, India is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for US-based roles. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome, with strong communication and sourcing skills, and a willingness to work US night shifts.

You will interface with hiring managers, manage the ATS, and help build a strong candidate pipeline for US clients.
