Job summary

Thirdeye Software Technologies in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a US IT Recruiter fresher or 0–1 year experienced candidate. You will source and screen candidates for US IT roles, understand client requirements, and coordinate interviews while working US night hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.

• Understand US time zones, including EST, CST, MST, and PST.
• Have basic knowledge of US employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Communicate with candidates to understand their skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates.
