• Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.
• Work closely with Account Managers/Recruiting Managers.
• Achieve daily and monthly submission and placement targets.
