Job summary

People XM is seeking a motivated US Staffing Recruiter to identify, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for US-based client openings. You will work with account managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and fill positions within timelines.

You will source candidates on multiple portals, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS trackers to ensure timely submissions and smooth client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and platforms (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, availability, and interest.
• Recruit candidates for IT and non-IT positions based on client requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and match suitable candidates to open positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers or ATS systems.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate pay rates and discuss contract or employment terms where applicable.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.
