The role requires strong communication, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts and US hours. Immediate joiners are preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years' experience.
• Good English communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, databases.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout recruitment cycle.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher & Experienced Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a US Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job opportunities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and social media platforms.


• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.


• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and availability.


• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.


• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.


• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.


• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.


• Learn and understand US recruitment processes, employment terms, and staffing requirements.


• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
