Compunnel in Panaji, Goa is seeking a US Recruiter to join our recruitment team. We welcome freshers and experienced candidates who want a career in US staffing and recruitment. The role is end-to-end, from sourcing to interview coordination, with training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other job portals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic US Recruiters to join our recruitment team. We welcome both Freshers and Experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in US Staffing and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other job portals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment will be preferred.

Experience in any of the following domains will be an added advantage:

• US IT Recruitment
• US Non-IT Recruitment
• US Healthcare Recruitment
• Engineering / Manufacturing Recruitment
• Pharma / Life Sciences Recruitment

Knowledge of W2, C2C, H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, US work authorization, rate negotiation, and US recruitment processes will be an advantage.

For Freshers

Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
