Job summary

Next Creation Software is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of US IT recruitment experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work night shifts aligned with US timelines.

Qualifications

• 01 to 04 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• No Freshers.
• Proficient in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment databases.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and effectively search for suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the position.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation rates and assist with offer closures.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/Recruitment database.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining.
• Work according to US staffing processes and timelines.
