Job summary

PercentChase | HiRecruiters is seeking a US Non-IT & Engineering Recruiter in Ahmedabad on-site to manage end-to-end US recruitment. The role requires 2-4 years of hands-on US staffing experience, with strong preference for engineering recruitment expertise.

You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and work with clients to meet submission and placement targets. The position operates on US shift timings from Ahmedabad, India.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of US recruitment processes and tax terms.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva or similar.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer and placement.
• Recruit for US Engineering and Non-IT requirements, understanding technical job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references and other channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, submissions, interview updates and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with Team Leads, Account Managers and clients to meet submission, interview and placement targets.

Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on US Staffing/Recruitment experience

Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM or 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (9-hours shift)

Key Responsibilities
