Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, excellent candidate sourcing capabilities, and the ability to identify, assess, and deliver qualified IT professionals for a variety of technical and niche technology requirements.

The successful candidate will work on Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct-Hire positions and should be proficient in utilizing job portals, ATS/VMS platforms, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels to source and engage qualified candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience sourcing candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Experience recruiting for a broad range of technology areas, including:
  • Software Engineering & Development
  • Data & Analytics
  • Cloud & DevOps
  • Cybersecurity
  • ERP / SAP
  • Healthcare IT
  • Other niche and emerging technologies
• The candidate should have proven experience supporting W2 and C2C requirements, with a strong emphasis on consultant quality, compliance, competitive pricing, and timely turnaround.
• Strong understanding of US work authorization categories, including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, TN, OPT/CPT, and other applicable statuses.
• Good understanding of US time zones, employment types, and US staffing practices.
• Strong candidate screening, assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, follow‑up, and candidate relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a recruitment team.
• Ability to work effectively in a US Night Shift environment and consistently meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
