Job summary

Hirekeyz Infotech is seeking an experienced US IT Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end staffing for US clients from India. The role covers sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and successful offer closures, with a focus on building a robust candidate pipeline.

You will leverage LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, CEIPAL, and Zoho Recruit to source qualified IT professionals, assess fit, and coordinate interviews while meeting recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and end-to-end staffing.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, CEIPAL, and Zoho Recruit.
• Ability to coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and offer closures.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a US Night Shift environment.
