Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC in Hyderabad is seeking a US Non-IT Engineering Recruiter to join our office-based team. This role operates on US shift / night shift and requires 2–6 years of US staffing experience.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering domains, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong pipeline while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment
• Source and screen candidates for Engineering and Non-IT requirements
• Recruit for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Supply Chain, Telecom, Utilities, and related Engineering domains
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing
• Strong experience in US Non-IT and Engineering Recruitment
• Good understanding of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Experience using job boards and ATS tools
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
