Sriven Systems is seeking an experienced Engineering & Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end US Staffing recruitment for engineering and related positions in Hyderabad. This on-site role requires strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

You will manage interviews, offers, and joining processes, build pipelines, and collaborate with Account Managers/BDMs to prioritize requirements, while maintaining recruitment metrics and ensuring timely closures.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in US Staffing / Non-IT Recruitment.
• Strong engineering and non-IT recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of US hiring processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet targets.
