Job Description – US IT Recruitment Manager

Job Title: US IT Recruitment Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: 7PM - 4 AM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our US IT Recruitment team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT staffing, recruitment delivery, team management, and recruiter performance management.

The candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements, developing recruiter capabilities, monitoring team performance, and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters and drive daily recruitment activities.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from requirement intake to candidate submission and interview coordination.
• Work closely with Business Development, Account Management, and Delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Review and analyze job requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct regular team reviews, one-on-ones, and performance coaching sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans where required.
• Ensure recruiters follow proper US staffing processes, documentation, compliance, and submission protocols.
• Handle escalations related to candidates, clients, interviews, offers, and recruitment delivery.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across technologies including Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, AI/ML, QA, Business Analysis, and other IT skill sets.
• Train recruiters on sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, resume screening, candidate qualification, and US staffing practices.
• Ensure effective utilization of recruitment platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal ATS/CRM, and other sourcing tools.
• Track market trends, technology demand, candidate availability, and compensation expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish recruitment targets, hiring plans, and team strategies.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment performance reports to management.
• Drive process improvements to increase recruiter productivity, submission quality, interview conversions, and placements.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new recruiters and contribute to building the recruitment organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a team lead or managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing and improving recruiter performance.
• Strong knowledge of US IT technologies, job requirements, and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ATS/CRM, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruitment models.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorization categories and staffing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a US shift/night shift environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of 7+ US IT Recruiters.
• Experience working with US staffing firms, consulting companies, or IT services organizations.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Experience working with multiple clients and high-volume requirements.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance dashboards.
• Experience in developing recruitment SOPs, training programs, and performance frameworks.
