Position: US Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 2 to 7 years
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter who has hands‑on experience in hiring for industries such as Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, Defense, Engineering Construction, Civil, and other non‑IT domains for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment process.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other sourcing channels.
• Work on requirements related to Aerospace, Manufacturing, Construction, Civil, Automotive, Defense, Engineering, Logistics, and Industrial sectors.
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within TAT.
• Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews with clients/managers.
• Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle until onboarding.
• Ensure proper follow‑ups and maintain recruitment trackers/reports.
• Work on W2, Full‑Time, and Contract positions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience in hiring for Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction, Civil, Defense, or Engineering domains.
• Good understanding of US recruitment process and tax terms.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, Monster, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Preferred direct clients, Full time requirements.
• Good knowledge of US work authorization types and recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
