Job summary

Unity Systems in Ahmedabad is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join our recruitment team for US staffing. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for US roles while aligning with clients and internal teams.

With 6+ months of recruitment experience, you will leverage LinkedIn, portals, and resume databases, handle end-to-end processes, manage candidates, and contribute to KPIs in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recruitment experience required.
• Experience in US recruitment / US staffing is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and resume databases.
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other recruitment platforms.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
• Recruit candidates for US-based positions across different industries and skill sets.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions and client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets/KPIs.
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, recruitment practices, and market conditions.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated US Recruiter*to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for someone with 6+ months of recruitment experience*who is interested in building a career in US staffing and recruitment.
