Job summary

InfiCare Staffing is seeking a recruiter to engage State clients and staff for IT roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, and cybersecurity specialists. You will identify, attract, and engage top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and align recruitment strategies.

You will use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a strong pipeline, maintain ATS records, and develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients to support future

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of verifiable experience in recruitment.
• Active vendor list for mass mailing (for C2C recruiters).
• Experience recruiting for US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, E3, TN) and US tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).

• Should have working experience with Implementation partners and direct clients.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English
