Job summary

Tekgence Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a recruiter with 1+ years of US IT recruitment experience to source, screen, and place candidates for US-based roles. You will work with clients and implementation partners, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build a robust talent pipeline.

You will need strong communication skills, familiarity with ATS and job boards, and solid knowledge of IT technologies and US market practices. This role requires US time-zone alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
• Experience in handling implementation projects with clients.
• Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of technical IT terms and skills (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage candidates and clients.
• Understanding of US employment types, tax terms, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen resumes from multiple job boards and internal databases.
• Coordinate with clients and implementation partners to understand job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate onboarding through to placement.
• Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for US roles.

6. US Market Knowledge:

• Understanding of US employment types, tax terms
• Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US.

7. Client Coordination: Ability to liaise with implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
